Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the CBS Air Brake Service Competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all customers who have completed a paid brake, clutch, or hydraulic service at a participating CBS branch during the competition period.
2. Competition Period: The competition runs from 1 Nov 2025 to 30 Nov 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: Participants must complete the online entry form provided on this page and upload a valid proof of service (receipt or job card) showing the date and CBS branch where the service was performed.
4. Prize: One winner will receive a 70L Thule Subterra Travel Bag valued at approximately R9 000. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received and contacted via phone or email within 14 days of the competition closing date.
6. Verification: CBS reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry, including confirming service details with participating branches. Any false, incomplete, or misleading information will result in disqualification.
7. Data Usage: By entering, participants consent to CBS using their information for competition administration and limited marketing communication. Personal details will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Exclusions: Employees of CBS, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
9. Disclaimer: CBS reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. Acceptance: Submission of an entry implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
